Project Manager/Salesperson
Your ultimate success here would be becoming a knowledgeable, trustworthy, thorough, responsible, and attentive salesperson to our customer.
- You need to have the ability and desire to work face to face with homeowners, trades people, and suppliers.
- You need the physical ability to assess the project, often by carrying and setting up a ladder, and being on a roof.
- You would live in one of the communities we serve in Bastrop County or nearby
- You would have a vehicle that would allow you to carry a ladder, and supplies and materials if needed.
Ideal Candidates might also have:
- Previous sales and/or project management experience with a roofing company.
- Previous sales and/or project management with a remodeling or restoration company.
- Previous construction experience working as a tradesman, or project production and planning, or at a supply house.
- An existing network of customers.
Owners Assistant
Candidate would be able to:
- Work part time – 1-2 days a week. Weekend days are fine.
- No previous experience required.
- Carry a ladder. Set up a Ladder. Climb onto and walk a varying degrees of pitched roofs.
- Use tools and do hands on construction work.
- Carry material, such as bundle of shingles.
- Truck provided while at work, and you must be able to be accepted as a driver by our insurance.
Duties might include:
- Picking up and drop off material to/from supplier or job site .
- Jobsite clean up.
- Cleaning out gutters.
- Performing roof maintenance.
- Painting.
- Assisting a tradesman on a project.
- Cleaning the work vehicle.
